Marketing Man acts as a controller for data collected through our websites and for marketing processing, and as a processor for application data handled under our clients' direction. Processing occurs under one of the following lawful bases: Consent, Contractual basis, or Legitimate interest.
Your rights under the GDPR include access, correction, erasure, objection, export, and restriction. We use standard contractual clauses for international transfers. You may lodge a complaint with your EU Data Protection Authority, the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), or the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
A.2 United States
Under US state privacy laws, consumers may exercise the rights to access personal information collected in the preceding 12 months, request deletion, obtain portability, correct inaccuracies, opt out of sales or sharing, and avoid automated decision-making where applicable.
Marketing Man responds to requests within 45 days (90 maximum), or within 15 days for CCPA opt-out requests. Authorized agents may submit requests with verified authority. Employees and contractors of Marketing Man's clients should direct requests to their employers. Where a state provides a right to appeal, we respond within 45–60 days depending on the state.
We do not intentionally collect data from minors under 13, and we will request parental consent if such collection is discovered.
